Return policy for purchases
- Order errors made by the Company are eligible for your choice of either return & replace or return & refund.
- Damaged products returned within 30 days of purchase, may be exchanged for the same item (or a comparable item if the originally purchased item is no longer available).
- If you are unsatisfied with your product for a reason other than order error or damage, you will have 30 days from the date of the order to return the product purchased at brooklynsbookmarks.com or .club and request a refund.
- Refunds must be requested by emailing email@example.com.
- Returned products must be in good physical condition (not physically damaged).
- When returning products, please provide a tracking number so that your return can be tracked.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (such as state and customs) are nonrefundable.
- Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- Title and risk of loss pass to the Purchaser upon the Company’s transfer of the products to the Carrier for delivery.
- The Company is not liable for delays or mistakes in shipments that are caused by a third-party Shipper or Courier.
- The Purchaser is responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and assume the risk of loss or damage to any returned products while in transit back to the Company.
